North Camp train station is about less than 10 minutes walk away from Ash Vale train station, there's no taxi rank in both stations, during winter and night time, it's not comfortable to wait in either stations, North camp station is open and no shelter that will give you warmth. We strongly suggest to pre-booked your taxi in these two stations. If you are traveling to Gatwick airport, do not rely 100% in the performance of the train as there had been many occassions wherein passengers were frantic because they need to catch a train to Gatwick and the train was delayed. When that happens, instead of you trying to save money, you will be spending more. Our advise? search for taxi online whilst you are on the train and book the taxi before your arrival.

There is a ticket office in North Camp train station on platform 2 which opens at 0630-1300 hours Monday to Friday and 0700-1300 hours during Saturdays and they are closed during Sundays. For those who need induction loop, this train station offers it.
